Carrying a water bottle with you everywhere you go is a good way to encourage you to drink throughout the day. Every little sip adds up so don’t worry about consuming the whole bottle at the same time.
If you find it really difficult to drink water and just don’t get thirsty, consider adding some natural fruit flavour to make it more palatable. Be careful about sugar content.
