The cancer industry will shift into overdrive, urging women everywhere to get their mammogram screenings as they beg for cash donations for breast cancer research. All the while providing little in the way of practical preventative tips and tools that women can use to avoid this common form of cancer.
As an informed, health-savvy individual, you probably want to know what signs that you have breast cancer you need to be on the lookout for, in order to nip breast cancer in the bud. Instead of having to deal with the weight of a breast cancer diagnosis after it’s progressed – which hopefully will never happen! We’ve compiled a list of five early warning breast cancer signs, most of which are rarely talked about in the media. Learn these breast cancer symptoms and signs as part of your preventative arsenal to stay ahead of the game.
Early Signs of Breast Cancer in Women: Don’t Just Look for Breast Lumps
The most common way that conventional doctors look for the first signs of breast cancer in women is to identify lumps in the breast. They most often do this with mammogram x-rays. This offer physicians a basic roadmap for navigating the terrain of breast tissue, which they believe allows them to pinpoint any lumps, masses, or other warning signs of breast cancer that might point to a malignancy.

This unique screening method allows doctors to not only look for unusual lumps or growths, but look for other breast cancer symptoms in women. This can include identifying whether or not angiogenesis is taking place within the breast tissue, which is a much stronger and more accurate indicator that breast cancer may be present.
Angiogenesis is a fancy way of saying new blood vessel growth, which may reveal that a woman’s body is trying to build a new supply system for blood to be delivered to developing breast tumors. Doctors who specialize in examining thermography images will be able to identify whether or not angiogenesis is taking place, and suggest a proper course of action.
Other possible symptoms of breast cancer include:
Swelling of all or part of a breast (even if no distinct lump is felt)
Skin irritation or dimpling
Breast or nipple pain
Nipple retraction (turning inward)
Redness, scaliness, or thickening of the nipple or breast skin
Nipple discharge (other than breast milk)

Experts from MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston warn that breast cancer often shows up without the classic breast cancer warning signs of lumps or redness. As mentioned above, other breast cancer symptoms in females can include swelling and irritation, dimpling, nipple discharge beyond normal lactation, nipple inversion, and/or a thickening and reddening of skin around the nipple. These are all potential early breast cancer signs you need to pay attention to in your body.
“There are breast cancers that present as half a lump or there may be no lump at all,” says Dr. Naoto Ueno, chief of Translational Breast Cancer Research at the Center, as quoted by CBS News. “It could just be a strange-looking skin appearance or skin being red or dimpled.”
Just be sure to look for patterns of change or any new and unusualsymptoms that occur outside the norm. Occasional aches and pains may not be early symptoms of breast cancer, but persistent itching, for instance, could point to fluid buildup, poor lymph function, or your body trying to create new blood vessels for breast tumors.
Can Back Pain Indicate Breast Tumor Development?
Upper back pain that feels as though it’s coming from deep within the bones may be an early sign of breast cancer. But don’t assume that every occasional bout of soreness or back pain you notice means you’re becoming the next statistic! Chronic back pain that doesn’t relent with stretching, chiropractic, or other means may be a sign that breast cancer tumors are forming.
Sometimes when tumors are developing in a woman’s breast, they put pressure on the ribs and spine causing new found and persistent pain. You need to be aware of any changes that occur in your spinal column, upper back, and even neck. The Role of Child Protective Services in Medical Kidnapping
Three days later Child Protective Services (CPS) shows up at your door. They say they need to take custody of your child. As they are leaving with your son, you are in total disbelief, crying and yelling at them as your 10-year-old is screaming your name for help, asking what is happening. Your child has been taken away from you. The state’s CPS has literally kidnapped him to force your son to do conventional chemotherapy against your will.
Absolutely insane… right?
The reality is that this scene is not from a movie and it is not a bad dream. Sadly, this is happening today in the United States of America, and it’s legal. What’s more, it’s intentionally being hidden from you by the U.S. mainstream media – Fox, CNN, CBS, ABC, you name it. A Real Medical Kidnapping in Action
Tonya Brown was faced with difficult decisions for her son Christopher after he was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), an extremely rare form of cancer in children. The overseeing physician at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Dr. Jessica Boklan, recommended 12 weeks of oral chemotherapy followed by a bone marrow transplant.
As with many mainstream doctors recommending these treatments, there is often pressure to begin immediately. Tonya agreed to the chemotherapy, but had reservations about the bone marrow transplant due to the fact that the transplant was coming from an unmatched donor and the success rate was less than 20%. In addition to the low success rate, these procedures are excruciatingly painful.

Eighteen months later, Child Protective Services paid an unexpected visit to Brown’s house (reportedly ordered by Dr. Boklan) to find a healthy child with lots of energy. Upon taking Christopher back to Phoenix Children’s Hospital, CPS was waiting. Christopher was ordered to begin another round of chemotherapy that day. Tonya’s request for a second opinion was denied on the spot and, under duress, she reluctantly agreed to another round of chemotherapy for her son.
After 20 days, Tonya was ordered to leave the hospital as her 8-year-old child was taken from her custody. It was at this point that the CPS stepped in, Christopher became a ward of the state, and the bone marrow transplant proceeded against Tonya’s will.
It was later discovered that Dr. Jessica Boklan considers herself (from her own testimony in court), to be the world’s leading authority on chronic myeloid leukemia − Christopher’s type of cancer. She has co-authored and is conducting numerous research studies involving children, cancer, and experimental drugs. The question seems obvious; might Christopher have been one of Dr. Boklan’s guinea pigs to further her research?
Is Big Pharma Really Allowed to Use Children as Guinea Pigs?
It is a fact that many pharmaceutical companies that make cancer drugs have been given the green light to research experimental therapies aimed at children with rare cancers. However, due to parental concerns, candidates are often hard to come by.

In fact, former Georgia State Senator, Nancy Shaffer described the Child Protective Services reach as “unlimited power.” Charges can be based on simple, unfounded statements, and documents are sealed from public scrutiny.
Along with losing custody of their children, it is customary for parents to be served with gag orders against making any of the information about the case public. It is because of those brave parents and journalists that go public against court orders that we are even able to hear about these cases at all. It is therefore impossible to truly know how widespread this situation has become. Judging by the heightened coverage of alternative media, and increasingly the mainstream media, what we are seeing may only be the tip of the iceberg.
Fortunately, Congress is listening and has enacted H.R. 4989, which states:
“To prohibit Federal funding of any treatment or research in which a ward of the State is subjected to greater than minimal risk to the individual’s health with no or minimal prospect of direct benefit.”
Even with this enacted bill that limits Federal funding, the anti-freedom trend of medical kidnapping is increasing and it’s essential that this insanity be exposed in order for it to be stopped! When a parent’s autonomy over treatments they decide to give their sick child is forcefully removed by government, it is time for the entire country to ask itself… “what kind of future are we allowing to emerge?”

Think about what you have been eating for the last twenty or thirty years.
If you are like many people, your main meals probably consisted of the following:
Toasted bread, bagel, biscuits – wheat flour
Croissant or pastry – wheat flour, sugar
Cereal – wheat or corn, sugar.
Pancakes/Waffles – wheat flour, sugar
Lunch & Snacks

Feed or Food?
It is not a stretch to suggest that up to fifty percent or more of what we have historically eaten was wheat, and perhaps up to seventy-five percent wheat and other grains.
When you look at it this way, what we thought of as “food” was more like “feed.”
In fact, at the time when humans adopted agriculture, the majority of grains were actually grown to feed livestock.
Perhaps in times of famine or desperation, humans raided their grain bins.
“Feed” in Disguise
This bad habit must have stuck.
10,000 years later we have morphed agriculture into a processed food industry where we take wheat, corn, and soy and either make it sweet with sugar or high fructose corn syrup, make it savoury with salt and spices.
Then we mould and press the feed mixture into the desired shape – thick or thin, short or long, big or little, round or square, soft or dense – choose a colour, and then add chemicals so it will last a year or more.
We fool ourselves into thinking this is food, but if we were honest, we have to admit this is more like how we feed our dogs.
The packages all look different, but pick any of these things and imagine if we all ate with our mouths open, we’d see it for what it is – just a mush of wheat or corn flour. They might as well just sell this feed in 50lb bags.
It’d be much more honest… and cheaper too.
Enter REAL FOOD
After decades of eating just a few crops, it’s no surprise that we have forgotten what REAL FOOD is, and people enlightened enough to reject the standard Western diet often struggle initially with determining what to eat.
In fact, many are too quick to substitute wheat with other things that are just like it. If you have decided to reject “feed as food,” consider exploring real food instead and letting the notion of real food serve as your litmus test before putting something in your mouth.

The Environmental Working Group just released a first-of-its-kind report on the chemical carcinogens found in people’s bodies. After compiling biomarker data, which measures chemical levels in the blood, urine, breast milk, and hair, the EWG detected up to 420 different potential carcinogens.
What the report means for you
Now, before you freak out, it’s important to realize that just because these chemicals may be in your body, it doesn’t mean they’re actively causing cancer.
Though there is a clear link between chemicals and disease (the World Health Organization estimates that as many as 19 percent of cancers are caused by environmental factors), the toxicity of the chemicals, the duration of exposure, and the body’s genetics all play a huge role. And the EWG estimates that only nine of the more than 400 carcinogens found were measured at levels high enough to pose nontrivial cancer risks.
How to reduce your risk
Carcinogens are present in everything from industrial products and pesticides to more natural sources like food and water, so not even the most Howard Hughes-est of germophobes stands a chance of completely dodging them.
However, certain simple lifestyle tweaks can help reduce your risk of exposure. We reached out to hormone expert Dr. Sara Gottfried to get her take on some of the report’s most widely found carcinogens and snag some of her tips on how to keep them out of your body.
1. Heavy metals
Heavy metals like arsenic, cadmium, mercury, and lead were among the most frequently detected carcinogens in the report, found in 90 percent of the participants. Industrial workers are especially vulnerable to heavy metal exposure, but trace metals are also present in drinking water and certain seafood. Metal molecules can disrupt the endocrine system and bind to DNA to cause mutations.
Pesticides from industrial farms can sneak into food and water sources, and traces of them were found in one-third to two-thirds of those surveyed in the EWG study.
The EWG advises choosing organic produce whenever possible, especially if you’re shopping for these 12 pesticide-heavy fruit and veggie varieties, and Dr. Gottfried recommends investing in a water purification system to nix pesticide contaminants from your tap.
Phthalates are synthetic chemicals found in certain plastics, beauty products, and pesticides. Known hormone disruptors, they’ve been tied to metabolism, fertility, and reproductive health issues.
The EWG recommends steering clear of all personal care and cleaning products that have the word “fragrance” on the ingredients list, since they often contain phthalates. Dr. Gottfried says to avoid plastic products that have the “3” recycling code molded on the bottom, for they also likely contain the chemical.
4. Bisphenol A (BPA)
Bisphenol A is another chemical that’s found in household plastics like water bottles and food can linings. It can disrupt the endocrine system and has been linked toobesity, diabetes, and endometriosis.
The EWG recommends opting for fresh food over canned whenever possible and avoiding plastics marked with “PC” (for polycarbonate) or “7” recycling codes. Dr. Gottfried suggests adding more probiotic-rich foods like yogurt and tempeh to your diet, as they’ve been shown to facilitate the removal of BPA from the body in animal studies.
What the report could mean for the country
The EWG released the review to advance research about how carcinogens drive disease and educate the public about the pervasiveness of chemicals in modern life.
“We thought that would be really valuable for researchers to see where the gaps are, and we also thought it would be valuable for individuals to understand the incredible amount of carcinogens in the world, where they’re coming from, and the ways in which they can reduce exposures,” Curt DellaValle, the study’s senior scientist, explained to mindbodygreen.
DellaValle also underlined the importance of federal policy in spurring real chemical reform.
“When we stopped using lead in paint, we saw a drastic decrease in people who had the chemical in their system. When PCBs were banned in America, we also saw a decrease in the amount that was detected in people,” he said. “I think that shows that when we pass effective policies, we can see really dramatic reductions in our chemical exposures.”
President Obama’s recent Moonshot Initiative aims to find a cure to cancer—a cure that the EWG and its President Ken Cook think could start before diagnosis.
“We should focus on preventing cancer by preventing human exposure to these chemicals,” he said in the report’s press release.

Eat lots of large green salads tossed with lemon juice and olive oil. Greens are among the best sources of alkaline minerals such as calcium.
Snack on raw, unsalted almonds. Almonds are packed with natural alkaline minerals like calcium and magnesium, which help to balance out acidity while balancing blood sugar.
Go meat-free for a day or longer if you like. The metabolism of meat leaves an acidic residue.

List of Foods that Cleanse the Liver
This is a list of really effective liver cleansing foods.
In addition to taking a liver-cleansing supplement, and performing at least two liver cleanses per year (see below), eating the following foods is the best way to keep your liver healthy and functioning the way you need it to. Incorporating these foods into your weekly diet is believed to be beneficial in achieving and mainlining liver health.
Just a small amount of this pungent white bulb has the ability to activate liver enzymes that help your body flush out toxins. Garlic also holds high amounts of allicin and selenium, two natural compounds that aid in liver cleansing.

With their distinct ability to nuetralize heavy metals, chemicals and pesticides, these cleansing foods offer a powerful protective mechanism for the liver.
Try incorporating leafy greens such as bitter gourd, arugula, dandelion greens, spinach, mustard greens and chicory into your diet. This will help increase the creation and flow of bile, the substance that removes waste from the organs and blood.

Other liver cleanse foods not listed above are artichoke, asparagus, kale and brussel sprouts. Eating the foods listed above is a great way to keep your liver functioning properly. However, for the best results, you may want to do a liver cleanse.
Doing a liver cleanse at least twice a year will eliminate any foreign substances that may be trapped in your liver.
Hepasan is a liver, gall bladder and kidney flush. It is intended to be taken with organic apple juice.
An individual interested in effecting a thorough cleanse should take four capsules of Hepasan with six ounces of apple juice three times a day for five days. It is important to clear the digestive tract prior to engaging in a liver and gall bladder cleanse as these two organs empty into the intestines and colon.
This will give the excreted wastes a place to empty into and prevent an uncomfortable backup of toxins commonly referred to as a detox reaction.

Removal of the gallbladder is one of the most common surgeries performed in the west today. Gallstones are incredibly common and they occur in 10 to 15 percent of the population. The problem does tend to run in families.

Obviously you can survive without a gallbladder, but you are more prone to developing certain health problems. In particular you are at greater risk of developing a fatty liver, experiencing indigestion and developing deficiencies of essential fatty acids and fat soluble nutrients
What happens when you don’t have a gallbladder?
Your liver continues to manufacture bile, but there is no longer a place to store it or concentrate it. Therefore bile continually slowly trickles into the intestines.
If you eat a fatty meal, you will not be able to secrete a large enough amount of bile into your intestines, therefore the fat will be poorly digested. This means many people experience diarrhoea, bloating, nausea or indigestion.
Not digesting fat well means you will not be able to digest essential fatty acids, including omega 3 and omega 6 fats.
It also means you’ll have a hard time absorbing fat soluble vitamins such as vitamins D, E, A and K.
A lot of the antioxidants in vegetables are fat soluble: lycopene, lutein and carotenoids are all fat soluble. If you don’t produce adequate bile, you will not be adequately absorbing these lifesaving compounds from foods. If you take any of the above mentioned nutrients in supplement form, without sufficient bile you will sadly not absorb them well.
Some common symptoms of poor fat digestion are dry, brittle hair; dry skin and premature aging of the skin; weak nails and painful joints. Essential fatty acids are important for optimal brain health, therefore low mood, anxiety, depression and impaired cognitive function are all possible manifestations of poor fat digestion.
How to have a healthy liver and good digestion without a gallbladder
First of all it’s important to realise that you developed a gallbladder problem in the first place because you had an unhealthy liver and a problem with your digestive system. If your liver is not healthy, it will make poor quality bile. The bile will be prone to forming sludge and stones. Just removing the gallbladder doesn’t solve that problem, and in fact sludge and stones can form within the liver, compromising its function.
Here are some vital tips to follow:
Keep your intake of dairy products and grains to a minimum or avoid them altogether. Dairy products (milk, cheese, ice-cream, yoghurt) worsen all cases of gallbladder disease, liver disease and they are very difficult to digest. Food intolerance is a common cause of gallbladder problems, and there is research that links gluten intolerance with gallstones. A good reason to keep your intake of grains low is to reduce the risk of developing a fatty liver. Take an ox bile supplement. This is the most important recommendation for people who have lost their gallbladder. A lack of bile can produce symptoms such as bloating and indigestion after meals, light coloured stools, diarrhoea, fatigue after meals and nutrient deficiencies. Taking a good quality ox bile supplement with each meal is wonderful for completely eliminating these symptoms in most individuals.
Take a Digestive Enzymes supplement. The majority of people who developed a gallbladder problem have suffered with poor digestion for many years. If your stomach and intestines are not in optimal health, they will not send signals to your gallbladder, telling it to contract properly. Irritable bowel syndrome, dysbiosis, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth and Candida overgrowth are common in people with a gallbladder problem.
If you have had your gallbladder removed, you may continue to suffer symptoms due to those conditions. These digestive problems also cause insufficient digestive enzyme production. Taking digestive enzymes in supplement form helps to restore good digestive health and reduces symptoms of indigestion.
Eat some good fats and avoid the bad fats. Your doctor may have recommended you follow a low fat diet after having your gallbladder removed. This is not necessary and in fact it is harmful. Your body desperately needs good fats and I recommend you include moderate quantities of extra virgin olive oil, avocados, coconut milk and oil, nuts and seeds in your diet.
You may need a vitamin D3 supplement. People with compromised liver or digestive function are often vitamin D deficient. Exposure of your skin to the sun’s UVB rays enables your body to manufacture vitamin D. However, this process occurs in your liver and kidneys. People with a sluggish liver often do not manufacture vitamin D adequately. Therefore it’s a good idea to get a blood test and take a supplement. 5000 IU of vitamin D3 is a safe and effective dose for most people, but it’s best to be guided by your own doctor.
Include some bitter and sour foods in your diet. They should help to improve your digestion and make it easier to tolerate good fats in your diet. Suitable bitter and sour foods include lemons, limes, radicchio lettuce, chicory, endive and dandelion leaves. These leaves are fairly easy to grow at home if you are lucky enough to have your own veggie patch.
Take a good quality liver tonic such as Livatone. The herbs St Mary’s thistle, dandelion root and globe artichoke leaves all increase bile production and bile flow. Taurine is an amino acid necessary for bile production. This should help to make you feel more comfortable after a meal, and should reduce the risk of stones forming inside your liver.
